About Us
After being a high school English teacher for four years, I decided to follow my passion for cooking and take it to the the streets. I absolutely loved being a teacher and helping my students find their way in learning, and in life. I wouldn't trade the four years I had for anything. I love helping people, and I love cooking food. This is the way that I can do both! I am still an English teacher at heart, so there is a chance I will correct your grammar if I need to! :)
My family absolutely loves spicy food, but it seems to be hard to come by in general restaurants. This is why I decided that a food truck specializing in spicy food would be a great venture for me. I have been cooking for my family for over 16 years, and have been able to perfect the spice that I add to my dishes. I promise, if you love spicy food, my truck will not disappoint!
